- Ask questions and seek advice from others who may have similar experiences.
- Receive emotional support from the group, building a sense of community and connection.
- Learn from each other about various aspects of birth, such as pain management techniques, birth plans, and postpartum care.

A Mother Blessing is a beautiful, spiritual gathering focused on honoring and supporting the mother as she prepares for childbirth. Unlike a baby shower, which is centered around gifts for the baby, a Mother Blessing is about nurturing the mother’s emotional and mental well-being. It includes rituals, affirmations, and meaningful activities to celebrate her journey into motherhood.
Modern day pregnants face variety of challenges from both personal and professional life. Fears and anxiety greatly influence your birth experience and bonding with your newborn. Especially, this is your first time pregnancy or you had a previous painful birth experince and/or challenging postpartum journey. Our mind and body are not separate. Instinctually, when pregnant mind perceives a threat (fear and anxiety), it can postpone the onset of labour, prolong labour contractions and/or increase pain perception. The Fear Release Exercise is designed to help you overcome any anxieties or fears you may have surrounding childbirth. I work with you to recognise your concerns and deeper meaning attached to them. I use a mix of reflective practice, breath work and somatic practices to help you release fears and tension from the body.
Induction & C-Section Preparation sessions guide you through what to expect during these medical interventions. I will discuss the steps involved, how to manage pain, and what your recovery might look like. You’ll also learn relaxation techniques and how to advocate for your needs to ensure you have a positive, empowered experience, even with these interventions.
